Casuarina Grande is latest development being done by Civtech Solutions Inc. As a Civil and Structural Engineer, Mr. Mills (CEO of Civtech Solutions) has been working in engineering design and the supervision of construction across the Caribbean for the last 25 years. During this time he has had a key role in the design and construction of diverse projects including The Savannah Hotel and Beach along with other hotels in the Gems of Barbados grouping, The Judicial center in Barbados, the redevelopment of the St. Kitts hospital to resist CAT 5 hurricanes, the foundation design for the Liquid Natural gas refining plant in Trinidad along with numerous other infrastructural projects in Barbados.
As a development company Civtech has successfully completed several projects in Barbados including a subdivision in Prospect, St. James, the subdivision and development of 110 lots for sale in Coverley, Christ Church and the construction and sale of over 30 homes in Coverley, Christ Church. We also did the design and planning for the a development called the Villages in St. James, the design and construction of Vistamar Villas along with the original design and construction of Casuarina Grande.
